our story

Three friends (Crystal, Erica & Jennelle) had a vision to leave their mark on the world and inspire everyone to love themselves and embrace their beauty. Through their Shades of Beauty Hair brand they hope to reach back to the youth and young adults in their hometown of Baltimore, MD and teach and mentor others about owning and operating a successful business as well as the art of being an entrepreneur.
